The error message bellow appears when the owner of the file wpsconfig.sh is different from the owner of the Fix Pack 6.0.1.7 files
Error ( 2 ): IOException creating RunTime(): /opt/ibm/WebSphere/PortalServer/config/WPSconfig.sh: cannot execute
Error 112 – Return code (888) differs from the expected code (0).
To solve the problem change the owner of the WPSconfig.sh to match the owner of the Fix Pack files.

Solution:
Delete the Instana Agent repo: rm /etc/yum.repos.d/Instana-Agent.repo
Clear dnf cache: dnf clean all
run dnf i
